• Contacting and negotiating with the debtor
• Corresponding with debtors and courts (if needed)
• Issuing letters of demand
• Taking legal action (if needed) including:
  • preparing and lodging court documents
  • ongoing action as necessary

Whilst most of our clients are either from Adelaide or South Australia, we do assist clients from interstate to recover debts from debtors who are South Australian individuals or businesses.

Through regular donations, part of the profit of this company goes towards supporting the following organisations:

• RSPCA
• The Lost Dogs Home (Melbourne)
• The Animal Welfare League (Adelaide)
• World Wildlife Fund
• Wildlife Victoria

We also sponsor a 9 year old girl in Senegal through World Vision.
