Court fees, if applicable, are recoverable
in most cases
Whilst most of our clients are either from Adelaide
or South Australia, we do assist clients from interstate to recover debts
from debtors who are South Australian individuals or businesses.
Phone
collection work:
If you wish to have
one of our experienced collectors visit your office and phone debtors
in your aged debtors' list, just call us. The fee is $60 per hour (minimum
fee is $120).
If, on the other hand,
if you would like to simply submit a list of aged debtors and allow us to use
our phones for the collection work then the fee is $75 per hour. That's
it!
No commissions are
paid on money recovered!! This is a wonderful way of getting started and
many debtors will pay or make arrangements when they see that you are serious.
Please note:
We request that you do not use our name when communicating with debtors until such time as you have formally engaged our services.
All communications which result in payments of outstanding money without an agreement to act on your behalf, will still incur commissions.
